Basics

I am going back to the basics this week and doing the RKC Minimum to give my body a little rest.

Today:
Transfer Swings 12kg for 1 min work/10 sec rest for 12 min.
TGU 12kg for 5 minutes (8 per side)

Used my new Gymboss. Worked like a charm.
